StudentPerks lists student offers from third-party companies and links you to each company's own page to claim them. We are an independent directory, we are not the seller, and using us is always free.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands listed unless we say so explicitly. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the offers.

Student offers change often. We verify listings regularly and show when each was last checked, but we cannot guarantee that any offer is current, available in your region, or that you will qualify. Always confirm the details on the brand's official page before relying on them.

Eligibility (for example, high school versus college, or specific verification requirements) is set by each brand, not by us.

Some outbound links may be affiliate or referral links, which means we could earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. This never changes which offers we list or how we rank them. Listings are chosen on merit, not on whether they pay us.

Use the site for your own personal, lawful purposes. Do not scrape, copy, or republish the directory in bulk, attempt to disrupt the service, or misrepresent your student status to a third-party brand.

The StudentPerks name, design, original guides, and the curated organization of listings are ours. You may link to our pages freely, but please don't reproduce substantial portions without permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StudentPerks is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any third-party offer you claim through it. Your dealings with any listed company are solely between you and that company.
